(403-993-5410), or by sending an email to healight@telus.net. Please include the Product Name and Item Number (where applicable) as well as desired quantity when placing your order.
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, or online Money Transfers (made to Healing Light & Purification). Please note that your Products will be shipped once payment has been recieved.
At the current moment we are only serving customers in CANADA, and most orders will be shipped through Canada Post. Notification will be provided by phone or email once your order has been shipped. If you live in close proximity to us we will personally deliver your order(s) to you for a minimal charge. Or orders may also be picked up, if preferred, at no charge during our Hours of Operation. Please make shipping arrangements upon placing your order.
We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on most Products, some exceptions apply (please Contact Us for details). If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Product(s), you may return it for a refund within a 30 day time period from the date of purchase. A 10% handling and restocking fee will be charged, and ALL items returned must be in the same condition and original packaging as at the time of purchase. Please note that Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
