"Let me start off by saying that I’m a “hands on” kind of gal.  In other words if I have body aches or pains I’ll go see a chiropractor or physiotherapist.  This old mind-set and lack of belief in holistic healing all changed for me in just ONE hour.   Here is my story...

In the spring of 2010, I woke up one morning with intense pain that went through the top of my head into my skull.   It was not a headache or migraine.   Every 15 minutes I would be plagued with this debilitating pain, which lasted several minutes.  I made an appointment to see my family physician, but as was usually the case, I had to wait a few days before I could get in to see him.  While suffering in agony and waiting for my appointment date, a friend suggested that I see Mieke and try a combined Reiki and Quantum-Touch treatment.  Needless to say I was very sceptical and hesitant, for I did not put any faith in what I perceived to be, “new age stuff”.  However, my friend had such great success with the healing treatment she received, and so I thought, “What have I got to lose?”

So, off I went to meet with Mieke, who managed to squeeze me in the very next day.  Her soft voice and gentle demeanour put me at ease right away.  After telling her what ailed me, she took time to take a bit of health history and noted my symptoms before beginning treatment.  I lay down on a massage table, in a lovely room, where I felt comfortable and safe.   Mieke turned on the heating pad, which I was laying on, and also put some sort of half dome that emitted heat (I later learned that it’s called a Far-infrared Hothouse), which was placed over top of my chest and stomach area.  As I basked in the warmth, enjoying the lovely scent of the aromatherapy mist while listening to some soft soothing music, I found myself relaxing.  It all felt so incredibly wonderful that I fell asleep in the midst of my session!   It was all so heavenly!

However, before I fell asleep and shortly after Mieke began giving me Reiki and Quantum-Touch, I felt heat coming from her hands, as they gently hovered over the area of my head where I was experiencing the pain.  Within minutes the pain was completely gone and has not returned since.  I not only felt relief with my physical being, but my emotional and mental well being too.  That was back on January 4, 2010, more than 3 months ago now (at the time of this writing).   A sceptic I am no more!

Since then I have been in to see Mieke on several occasions, and every time I’ve walked out feeling totally relaxed, and tremendously better!  I am so very excited to know that this kind of natural healing is available.  Mieke’s healing touch has turned me into a believer in energy healing!  I have been telling everyone about Reiki and Quantum-Touch, sharing with them the tremendous success I have had with Mieke.  My hope is that others will take advantage of this safe, natural and pain-free healing modality that is now readily available today.  Good health to you all!"

"On Dec. 2, 2009, I had a fall and torn the ligaments in my right wrist.  It was extremely painful and forced me to take time off work.  I lived with the pain for several days before it was put in a cast.  The pain continued to restrict my mobility and prevented me from working.  The healing was very slow.  It wasn’t until after my wrist was put into a splint, that I got tired of living with the pain and inability to work, and took it upon my friend’s recommendation to see Mieke, who did energy healing work.  When I called her, she suggested that I come in for a combined Reiki and Quantum-Touch treatment.  After the first treatment on my wrist I felt significant relief.  Because I had found such great relief the first time around, I was excited to try again...and so with the second treatment my wrist was completely healed pain-free!  I removed the splint and was able to return to work the next day!  I am still in awe and can hardly believe it myself, but I am living proof that this sort of healing works."

"Mieke treated me for Gout on my right foot using QT (Quantum-Touch).  I had a classic example of Gout with pain, swelling and redness behind the big toe.  The Gout caused me to walk with a limp, due to the pain, and prevented me from getting my shoes on.  During the treatment I noticed that my entire foot go very warm and began to tingle.  The pain in my foot slowly subsided and the swelling lessoned.  Through the course of the day, my foot suddenly began to get sorer and the pain more intense.  Mieke reassured me that this was quite common and known as a “Healing Crisis” or “Initial Worsening” and that it was a positive sign that the treatment received was working and it was just the body’s way of healing itself.  The following day the swelling was gone and the pain had vanished almost completely.  And on the third day, the pain was completely gone as well!"

"I have suffered from lower back pain ever since giving birth to my first child – that was over 18 years ago.  The lower back pain would come and go, with episodes lasting anywhere from a week to several weeks at a time, often waking me throughout the nights.

When I was introduced to Healing Light & Purification and signed up for a healing session, it was only a matter of 15 minutes or so after which my lower back pain began to melt away.  It was unbelievable!  One minute I was in agony and the next I was walking around pain free!!  I couldn’t believe how quickly the healing took place.  That night and over the next several days I enjoyed many painless nights and slept very peacefully.  I was ecstatic!! 

It’s been over two weeks now and I’m just beginning to notice some mild lower back pain returning.  I’ve booked myself in for another treatment and can’t wait for the immediate results.  I prefer this alternative method of healing, which sure beats taking muscle relaxants and pain killers.  The other great thing is that Mieke offers a mobile service, which means I don’t have to leave my home for she will come directly to me, which saves me time and travel.  What more can I ask for?!"

When I think of where I may be now if I had not had the Universe bring you to me, I am eternally grateful for the healing work you’ve done, and I have no doubt of how special you are.  Remember, I asked for Divine guidance to find the person who could help me on my (healing) journey, and I was lead to you! I had visited the (Body Soul & Spirit) Expo, picked up a stack of flyers more than 2” thick, and then prayed as to which one I was to choose, and thankfully selected you out of the whole stack!!  Of all the special people in Calgary, YOU were the one chosen to help this broken earth angel regain her health and find her way!...

 Shortly after we left Calgary, I began to remember and experience the molestation I had experienced as a child... it was rough for a bit, and is still a process, but I am handling quite well now.  During that time I was feeling pretty ill, although it did not compare to how terribly ill I was feeling prior to your healing touch.  I’m happy to tell you that as I worked through the emotional issues, the physical symptoms eased and now are nearly gone.  I have made peace with my (offender).  Understanding how the universe works and knowing this was the blueprint for my soul to solve, which I have chosen, helps greatly.  This process of healing would not have been possible if it were not for you Mieke.  I am most deeply grateful...

Hospice Care (Dec. 5th, 2008) - Printed with permission...

“Hello Mieke, I just want to let you know that our sweet, wonderful, strong friend Steve passed away on Jan 8th after his terrible fight with cancer.  He wasn’t expected to live past a week but Janet (Steve’s wife) has told us that following the Reiki treatment you gave him, his condition improved as he became much more alert and coherent.  She and their (4 year old) daughter were able to spend several more weeks, including Christmas, together before Steve finally passed away.    Janet said that it was all so very peaceful, and that she is hanging in the best she can.  Steve’s funeral is tomorrow and Janet will have a lot of support.  I wanted to thank you again for being such a selfless person, coming out in the middle of a big snow storm and helping Steve and Janet the way you did.  I feel truly blessed to have met you, and we all will never forget what you did.”

"I received my first “DNA/Life Activation” in the spring of 2008, and then received a “DNA/Life Activation Tune-up” that fall.  At first I didn’t really notice anything significant change, just some minor subtle ones.  It was only after receiving the second DNA/Life Activation “Tune-up” that really began to notice the affected it had on my life, which I would like to share with you.

• For as long as I can remember my I was always felt extremely tired and rather sluggish throughout the day.  I suffered from depression, which made it worse and thus I took afternoon naps whenever I could.  I was exhausted when I went to bed at night, usually between 8:30pm – 9:30pm, and slept most of my life away.  I am now 50 years old, and I must say that following the “DNA/Life Activation” I can honestly boast that I have more energy than I know what to do with!   I no longer feel a need to take naps, and the very earliest I’m in bed is usually around 11:00pm.  I have more energy and time to do the things I want in life and feel I am now making the most of it.  And, I no longer suffer from depression!  (More Light held in the body = more energy)
• My immune system is stronger than ever before and I have not been sick with a cold or flu since my first activation.  That is over 2 years ago now.
• My mind often seemed fuzzy and unclear, but since the activation I have greater mental clarity and ability to stay focused.  I used to be quite scatter-brained.
• I’ve got a clearer direction in life; my performance has much improved; I’ve taken on more responsibility; I have been coming up with new and innovative ideas, brought forth by talents that once lay dormant.
• I now prefer to eat healthier more wholesome foods, and eating much less processed junk food.  I very rarely drink pop anymore.
• I suffered from severe headaches and migraines several times a month; now I may get a headache about 2x/year, and when it comes, it is not a migraine and not severe like it used to be.
• My feet were always cold and thus I needed to wear socks to bed.  But despite my efforts to keep them warm, I continued to suffer from toe and leg cramps every night (from fall into spring).  To this day, I have not had any cramps in my legs or toes.   (The DNA/Life Activation filled me with Light = energy and à promotes healing on all levels).
• Relationships – I am more understanding and accepting of others and our differences.  Everyone I meet is on their own path, each with their own life lessons to learn.  We ultimately all have the same goal and trying to reach the same place (consciously or unconsciously).  Patience, acceptance, understanding, forgiveness and faith help to make the journey so much smoother.

Henceforth, I get regular “DNA/ Tune-ups”, every 5-6 month, as it has made a HUGE difference in my life.  I hope that others will also find this a truly rewarding and life altering experience."
